Here is one of their most popular songs, Escucha Me (Listen to Me)
Escucha me, escucha me
Si el hecho de estar es mi corazon
Dime porque, dime porque
De tan anos templa mi corazon
Piensa no es el sueno
Piensa no porque no me quiere el sueno
Espera me, espera me
De nada esta muy tarde dentro de mi
Escucha me, escucha me
Calor detiene nada en dentro de ti . . . . . .
Rumor has it that the local daily newspaper, “The Tennessean,” is about to file for bankruptcy. A secretary at a well known law firm confided to a friend of mine that her firm’s bankruptcy attorneys have met with the newspaper’s management team to make preparations.
A high level Tennessean executive was recently quoted a saying that when gas goes above $3.00 a gallon, it will be the death knell. Gas is climbing a few cents every week and is back up to $2.59 a gallon at most Nashville stations.
That would be a shame, but badly run businesses deserve to fail. New ones who may prove to be more deserving will arise and we will still be able to get the serious news from TV and online.
The worst day of the week to shop for groceries is Saturday. Not only is the parking lot and store very crowded, the fresh produce and meats get picked over very early in the day. The main reason I go to the grocery is to buy fresh produce, especially vegetables.
The only time I will go to the store on a Saturday is when I am desperate to get some food in the refrigerator and pantry for the weekend. this is usually toward the end of a pay period when my cash is getting thin and I don’t want to spend the extra money to eat out.
There must be a nest of bunnies in my backyard. Each night when I go outside to take out the garbage, I see or here some of the little critters scampering away into the bushes. At least I HOPE they are bunnies! I haven’t seen anything (or smelled anything) to make me suspect any other kind of critters. I sure hope I don’t have skunks or raccoons in my yard! Bunnies are welcome – other critters need to find another yard!
