Have you ever watched a news clip or video tape of someone who you KNEW was lying? How did you know? There are people who are so expert on watched people’s body language that they can tell you if they are lying – without even hearing the actual words. Isn’t that interesting?!?

When I was a little girl, I would read the Sunday newspaper with my family on Sunday mornings. It was a family tradition. We all took a favorite section of the newspaper and read it through, then put the section back into the middle of the coffee table and switched out to a different section.  It usually took at least an hour to read the whole newspaper. I miss those Sunday mornings.

There are no good bagels around here. This is very frustrating. We used to get fresh bagels from the bakery at least once a week when we lived in the Washington DC area. Now the only time I can enjoy a good bagel is when I travel and have breakfast out of town.

A very long time ago, the schools would encourage kids to have a penpal and write letters. I don’t know why the school stopped doing that. I used to have a penpal for a couple of years. But then we drifted away from writing regularly and now I’ve lost track of her. I wonder whatever happened to April? Well, it turns out that she has a blog! How very cool!
